About David Sabat


Dave Sabat is a full-time Clinical Hypnotherapist who aims to help clients bring about a rapid, positive, beneficial change to the way they think, feel and behave.

Dave studied and qualified with The Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in London and has been a full-time Hypnotherapist since beginning his journey in to the world of hypnotherapy.

Whilst the quality of training enables an understanding of techniques & methods and a Recognised Diploma is a sign of competence, without doubt, experience is the best teacher. Dave Sabat now has a four figure amount of individual client hours worth of "real world" experience and has helped people overcome hundreds of different issues.

Dave believes that virtually everyone on the planet is capable of letting go of unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours more easily than they think and works towards helping his clients find the bright spark of optimism and happiness, the "I can" belief, that everyone still has within them.

Foundation Course in Clinical Hypnotherapy - Institute of Clinical Hypnosis
Six days of training, no formal exam on completion.

Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis (DCH) - Institute of Clinical Hypnosis
16 days of training followed by a three hour written exam, a multiple choice paper and a practical exam.

Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP) - Institute of Clinical Hypnosis
Eight additional days of training, no formal exam on completion.

General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)
Registered as a hypnotherapist with the above.

General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP)
This confirms that the training received with the ICH meets the requirements of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.

The Working Group for Hypnotherapy Regulation (WGHR)
Dave Sabat is on The Register, the largest in the UK, striving for professional, self-regulated standards within the Hypnotherapy Profession.

The UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO)
UKCHO works alongside the WGHR, who recognise the UKCHO list.
